5 /5 Shauna Weatherspoon: Out on a special occasion celebrating my birthday with my loving man and future husband, having dinner at Black and Caspian. Our server Kevin, was also the pastry chef...look for his name on the menu. He was a pleasure as was the meal. The atmosphere was quaint and intimate and food was prepared to perfection. I enjoyed the seared duck and the man ordered the Tagine. Our meal was topped off with a freshly prepared chocolate souffle...thanks again Kevin.
