5 /5 Timothy Atkinson: The Bloom Empire is alive and well! This fusion of Indo-American food is a must have. The food is so good, Im going to have to come here more often! The atmosphere is lovely, the balcony/basement is so cool, the staff is very friendly and service is prompt. Very reasonably priced too, entrees for about $10. I had the chicken panini and jalepeño poppers with a vanilla shake, 10/10 very good.

5 /5 Anjali Gahlot: Bloom Barista is one of my favorite places to visit with friends. I was introduced to this spot by my friends, and I instantly loved it. The aloo patty burger and the paneer burger are both delicious and must-tries. Now, whenever we go to Bloomington, we always make sure to stop by Bloom Barista and grab at least one burger. Even though it’s about an hour from my city, it’s still totally worth the drive—especially on weekends. Highly recommend this place for great food and a fun hangout spot.

5 /5 Juan Guevara: Incredible Indian fusion spot! Tons of vegetarian options and everything we tried was bursting with flavor. The pani puri was perfectly spiced and such a win to see it available outside of the weekend menu. The customer service was top-tier—super friendly and welcoming. The tikka chicken sandwich was unreal, loaded with bold, smoky flavor, and the fries were cooked to absolute perfection. Plus, the variety of dipping sauces takes it to another level. Easily a must-try and a place I’ll be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Chekridhar Reddy: I visited Bloom Barista Restaurant and tried their samosa chaat, and it was absolutely delicious. The samosas were perfectly crispy and topped with fresh yogurt, tangy tamarind chutney, and just the right mix of spices. The balance between sweet and spicy flavors was spot on. Everything tasted fresh, looked well presented, and was really satisfying. I truly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend trying it.

The panini burger was perfectly toasted with amazing flavors, and the maska bun was soft, buttery, and simply too good. Everything tasted fresh and well-made. Definitely a place worth visiting again!
