5 /5 B C: Stopped here on the way home from my sons horse show. The food was so good and the service was fast! We got the kids chicken tender meal, breaded chicken sandwhich, a horseshoe, gouda mac n cheese bites, and the giant pretzel. Our server was also great! Great place for families and highly recommend!!

4 /5 K E: Their 1/2 lb cheeseburger came out WONDERFUL! I asked for "no pink" and they cooked the patty just right. There are no bones in there. You may not find anything better within 30 miles of this place. Ill be back for another one soon.

5 /5 Paul J Przepiorka: This place is really spacious, with decent lighting. Very clean, inside and out, with plenty of gravel parking. The staff is nice and polite, and food is always made fresh. Lots of space for group reservations, birthday parties, you name it.

5 /5 Annemarie Reeves: I have gotten several items from here over several weeks and here is my overall experience. Fried mushrooms - they are FANTASTIC. They are fresh lightly breaded and seasoned. Not over battered like a lot of places. You can really taste the difference. Great vegetarian option. Boneless 2lb wings - they are really good and so different than other places in the best way. They are basically really nicely cut up thick chicken breasts lightly battered and tossed in sauce. Not processed meat or overly battered and the sauce is great. I got medium buffalo. The buffalo chicken horse shoe is fantastic too. If you know what a shoe is it’s great. I also had the horse shoe with the pulled pork and Cole slaw it’s a specially shoe (can’t remember the name of it) that one isn’t for everyone it’s a different to say the least but ok as for and a specialty shoe. I’ve been to several restaurants in the area for shoes (Dublin pub, Corner pub Charlie Parker’s and a few others) so I can accurately say the shoes at Boars Nest are above average. The cheese is VERY good and they put it separate for take out so it doesn’t make your horseshoe soggy which is very considerate. Overall I would recommend The Boars Nest to anyone who asked. Food is great. Staff are great.
