1 /5 Gabrielle Nicole: To our waitress we know 100% it was not your fault. They were understaffed, as we should have been able to be attended to by one or two servers for our 20+ table. Our waitress was trying to do it all by herself and keep up with our drinks and food orders. My husband waited 25-30+ minutes for his pasta dish after the rest of our table got their food. They said they ran out of pasta, but never came to tell us or even asked if we would like something different. We also had a significant other of a family member that was brought a pork chop and then had to wait 25-30 minutes for his order to be made correct which was chicken. On the already limited menu, baked potatoes were sold out before 6 p.m. Everyones food at our table was cold and didnt taste very fresh. Our waitress was flustered and very overwhelmed. If I could give tonight, which was supposed to be a celebration, a zero I would. When my husband went up to the counter to ask about his meal he was met with a staff member who completely ignored him and another staff member who just went on chatting with bar patrons. We had this reservation for a week, so it isnt like we surprised them with our large group. Some of our meals were discounted, but not the whole table. I think this is a management issue that fell heavy on their waitresses shoulders. Sadly, we wont be back.
