2 /5 Heather M: I’ve noticed the customer service here going down lately more and more. Between being handed the ticket that they usually place on my window so I can do it myself and then not being told. Have a nice day or thank you after I tell them to have a nice day and they just ignore you. Yes it’s a very frustrating. Spending this kind of money and then receiving a sandwich that looks like this. My cheese was not even melted to my sandwich on my pub burger… it’s sad because this used to be my favorite place to come get a quick bite

5 /5 Christina Johnson: We have moved to the area 3 months ago and Culvers is one of our go to for good food. Everything here is good but we love the chicken sandwiches. I usually order on uber eats for pick up as they will have deals on bogo. Ive also came in to order and sit down and eat. Very clean resturant and staff is very young but professional.

3 /5 Last Name First Name: Asked for a small chili and they said we only have a medium. I said that fine. So I got charged for a medium chili and got barely half a cup ..smh ..LoL It was super busy and for whatever reason my lady bagging the orders kept skipping over mine. So I went to the restroom came back she skipped over it again and actually got chili for somebody else who ordered after I did and so I went to my car and got my phone and waited so long and there was nobody standing there waiting and she still wouldnt bag my food and she actually asked someone else to buy it for her Im not from here I travel for work I have no clue what this ladys problem was but my food was cold I had to pay for a medium chili they only filled it half full a little over half full and were just rude except for the one guy who bagged my food after somebody finally asked him to but I saw him on the other side picking up garbage and putting cabins in and then went around to go pick my food up without washing his hands so you know its all good working on the immune system today

4 /5 Patrice M Foster: First time super friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Service was quick. Pick up orders and go, no dining at this time due to the city was close due to pandemic. Known for a meal, especially "Butterburgers" I had a salad, which was freshly made and grilled chicken sandwich. My sandwich was on the bland side, it needed to be seasoned and I did not like the bread too buttery. My friend had one of the special "Butterburgers" that she stated was fresh beef, moist, tender and well done with much love.
