4 /5 Melodie: We stopped by Egg’lectic Café in Wheaton for brunch and honestly loved it. I got the Swedish lingonberry crêpe combo with over-easy eggs, bacon, and sausage, and it hit the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The crêpe was light, the lingonberry had that slightly tart flavor that keeps it from being too sweet, and the eggs were cooked exactly how I like them. I got Irish coffee as well and it was delicious!
My husband ordered the cinnamon roll French toast combo with scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, and it was straight-up comfort food. Soft, flavorful, and indulgent without being overwhelming.
