5 /5 George Gibson III: Our dining experience was perfect from start to finish. We reserved our table months in advance because it was concert night at the Rialto theater. The restaurant was booming! We enjoyed cocktails near the bar prior to our dinner. Conveniently, we were able to seat a little early. We enjoyed a luxurious booth with plenty of space for four diners. Our waitress was delightful and took care of us constantly throughout our dinner. All of the entrées were excellent. Of special note is the bourbon crusted salmon, one of the best pieces of fish I’ve ever had. Joliet has a real chef at Juliet’s! The restaurant was very nicely decorated for the holiday season. This restaurant totally gets the idea of outstanding service and we will return.

4 /5 Elizabeth Koelling: Loved the mocktail: staycation and Key Lime martini. Tavern burger and Parmesane garlic fries were awesome! Bartender was amazingly friendly and cheerful.

5 /5 Elizabeth Marin: soooooo good. Friend and I had lunch today. I am at supper time and warming up my delicious lunch. OMG, with a salad I added, I not only had lunch today and supper (leftovers from lunch) AND another lunch or supper forthcoming in the fridge. Excellent and thoughtful service. I could see the waiter was looking our way and when I looked down; he knew we had not yet quite decided. He gave us more time. I had the dirty fries with steak and it was spectacular. Nothing less. Also the house sauvignon blanc was excellent. Service (I should have asked the young mans name to give him a boost, but from the experience of the service; he will do well in many avenues of business). Looking forward to my next visit. The feel of the place is absolutely welcoming. Juliet restaurant in the lovely Joliet. Dont take anything too seriously. If you do not provide your current phenomenal service and quality, I will be sad. I do not believe that will happen. I think you like to cook and please customers; my opinion this day of 1/2/26. Its Joliet; our (Joliets) love language is feeding our residents and visitors great food and camaraderie.

4 /5 Conleigh Hardin: Everything about this place was a little odd except the food, which was delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides great. Music was very loud and odd choices. Yes, top hits of the 2010s is an easy choice, but didn’t go with the atmosphere of the upscale restaurant. Also played so loudly my guest and I had to yell over the table to talk to one another, in an empty restaurant, wasn’t the best. I would go back for the steak salad easily.

4 /5 Phil Wingo: Mixed on this spot . Went to meet friends before a show down street, owner was stressed over something and being not nice to people coming in ? Servers was great once we got to table. But the bs before killed lil of vibe
