2 /5 Denise Snyder: I would give Krystals a 5, their chicken is fantabulous....but their menu on line and on Facebook say a 16 piece w/ 2 pints is 27.99 but in fact the price has changed twice. I paid 44.and change tonight but I wanted, NEEDED comfort food. I told the girl, Jenna I believe that that was a Best Buy bait and switch....and her district managers needed to fix it...she said she had tried...told her I Google review...I can raise a stink...Krystals MGT...change your menu prices or the next time I will make you give me your posted price. Better do it soon...I have a lot of followers that love your chicken too..so they get a 2 for money grubbing , lying corporate folks who think the public are stupid...we are not!

1 /5 Polly Burkey: Tried to order some lunch. Absolutely NO ONE around to take my order. After waiting a while, leaving and then came back, still no one. Finally found them just hanging out with Godfather employees. Will not return.

1 /5 Robert H: Honestly, the most rude assistant manager. She apparently has been there for 2 years and does not know how to be polite.

5 /5 Tammy Damarin: They have the best chicken in Pekin and the surrounding areas that weve tried. Love that they have delivery as a option. We use Door Dash with no problems. Will order again.
