5 /5 Beverly Heck: We looked up on southern Illinois eats and found ma’s restaurant. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Upon telling them that it was out first time there. We were Asked what we liked and given suggestions along with samples .After sampling I chose the chicken curry, bora meatballs did not disappoint.Delicious, as well as the steak dish and the peppers . All choices were perfect blend of spices, meat, veggies and rice. You will not go hungry. Staff is very attentive and making sure you have everything you need. I give it 5 stars. Good food and great prices.

The food is consistently incredible, and the sizzling sisig is easily one of my favorites — packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and served hot and fresh. You can really taste the care and authenticity in every bite. If you’re looking for amazing Filipino food in Southern Illinois, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

The service is quick and friendly, and anytime Ive asked for recommendations Ive never been disappointed. Id recommend starting out with the classics: Chicken adobo plate with lumpia. The bulgogi and sisig tacos are another favorite, with the poke bowl being a fresh and light option.
