1 /5 evelyn p: absolutely unreal experience. i was going out on a cute date excited for a normal trip to masa (as i am a regular and local). we both try to order the chicken hibachi, “oh no chicken.” okay no chicken where most of your menu is chicken and we came at 12. we both get the steak, one medium, one well done. they were both cooked almost the exact same, rock solid. at least 30 seconds to chew for each bite and thats WITHOUT the completely raw vegetables. it was impossible to cut the huge chunks of broccoli and they didnt even give us a knife. every vegetable had a crunch and i had to basically knaw through it. after waiting almost 30 minutes for our cold, rock solid food, i ran to the bathroom. zero toilet paper on top of everything. lastly, i come back to the table to them filling our glasses HALFWAY with cherry coke after eating the whole meal without a refill. thank god i had to pay 60 dollars (not including tip) just for poor service, poor food, and 1 1/2 cherry cokes. unreal.
