McAlisters Deli - Effingham (IL)

1 /5 Justin Hollingsworth: Generally speaking, i like McAlisters. However, this particular restaurant is drastically understaffed. I felt bad for the single front of the house worker. Pretty poor service here. Be prepared to wait a half hour to place your order. To add another issue, our order was prepped incorrectly. I had to inform them what was missing from the southwest chicken salad.

5 /5 Sebastian Smith: Food was great and the big guy working front counter is quite the character, in the best way possible lol. Funny little fella but very kind and friendly and hard working. 10 outta 10. Pretty sure his name is Joseph. Joseph, yourea clown lol

3 /5 Rex Oakley: We put an online order in but got a call that they were out of a few items. Waited an additional 10 minutes once in. Even though they seemed to have very few or no customers besides us. Whoever manages this needs to help their staff and hire more folks in the kitchen. Gentleman up front was super nice. They threw in a few items and upped the sandwich size and nacho order for our wait. Food was very tasty.
