1 /5 Myranda Bellman: First and only time I will ever come to this restaurant. Had a bad experience where I had to have food remade (it came smothered - not just topped - in sour cream). Well, then the waitress came and said the most they could offer is 50% off and I was shocked because I wasnt asking for any discount so I told her no need to discount I just cant eat it drowning in sour cream (a dollup in top would have been perfectly fine). The waitress then brings out a box with the already returned enchiladas that had sat in the kitchen for now 20+ minutes. Lo and behold, we eat and get our bills and they charged for TWO meals for the one that had been smothered in sour cream and remade. I was never explained that they were going to charge me for two meals. I talked to the manager and she said that it is the owners policy to charge for two meals when something needs to be remade and that is what solidified that I will never return to this place. Keep in mind I had also asked how spicy this dish was before ordering it and was told it was the mildest of all their sauces, yet I was sniffling by the end of my meal from how spicy it was. But again, gonna get charged twice for it! They did eventually take off the second meal after my friend also talked to the manager but this whole policy of the owners is predatory. I understand restaurants are hard but your prices are very high already that it well and above covers food costs including waste that happens. This should be a part of your budget, not asking your patrons to pay twice for a meal received once. The shining light of the day was how well the drinks were made!
