5 /5 Stephen Deters: I went in to get a free burrito I got through the app. I placed the order online for a specific time and got there pretty early. The staff was immediately concerned about not seeing the order yet and clarified everything and I assured them I was early but they still did their best get it done immediately. I took it home and it felt heavy so I weighed it on my kitchen scale. 1.5 lbs! It was delicious and I ate it all. Would be well worth the regular $9.75 it would have cost.

1 /5 Fia Fernandez: this may sound dramatic, but i am a VERY loyal customer to Pancheros around the country. i have earned many free burritos on the apps (a hard feat since you have to spend $150 to earn just one). i was so thrilled to share this place with my dear father after he said he had a bad experience. i just couldn’t believe it and wanted to prove him wrong. however, he proved ME WRONG!! the three girls behind the counter acted like this was a hobby, our rice was falling EVERYWHERE out of our quesadilla, our cheese was WATER, the tortillas were OVERCOOKED… i have never been so disappointed. i see your potential, pancheros, i really do. do better. sincerely, a loyal customer

2 /5 Dan Moorehouse: While the place was clean and the staff was ok I just dont like soggy tacos. I had the pork tacos. Its nice to have the option to put what you want on your taco however several of the options were soaking in water. When you add it to a very thin taco shell it becomes a soggy mess. Hard to pick up without using a fork and knife. In addition I dislike when you check out before sitting down or trying the food they ask for a tip. I did tip but where do we draw the line? Overall very disappointed.

5 /5 Bater: UNUSUALLY not a restaurant reviewer as you can see from my reviews. This was one that needed a review. The food is amazing. Especially since I would never have expected. The staff is amazing. I would highly recommend it

4 /5 St. Jimmy: They’re pretty good. This would be a five star. But just beware they save online orders for slow time. They should make them in the sequence they are received I think. Other than that fine nice employees and good food
