5 /5 Jeannie Smith: This place is wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy and staff is so friendly. And the food...so good. I always do reviews and I told them this. Unfortunately someone came in and didnt want to wear a from the door to the table. He went on social media and blasted them. The health department requires a mask. Not Papa Vitos. Please give them business. You will not regret it.

2 /5 Chris Orr: Papa Vito’s pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes it is absolutely fantastic, and other times like tonight it is borderline edible. Other reviewers are correct with sauce inconsistency. Tonight, for example, my pizza had absolutely no sauce and was terrible. My suggestion is to have measuring cups by size to ensure a standardized and consistent product. When Papa Vito’s is on, they are on. When Papa Vito‘s is off, they are way off, I feel like I wasted $28 on a pizza tonight.

4 /5 Clint Love: Overall, I thought the food was good, which is better than I can say about a lot of places. Lots of neat options on the menu so definitely worth it. Service isnt bad, but could be faster and more attentive so customers dont have to flag the server down to get a refill. Not big on atmosphere but neither is 90% of pizza places in New York, no big deal.

5 /5 Brian Messina: The Millstadt Papa Vitos is my GO-TO place for pizza! Born and bred in Chicago, so not many other pizza joints in SO-IL compare to the pizza Im used to. Millstadt NEVER disappoints! The staff also is ALWAYS awesome: friendly, courteous, and enjoys serving their cliental. You guys rock!

5 /5 Chris Bohr: Papa Vito‘s is the best. Their pizza is amazing and those wings they are to die for. I live in Ballwin, Missouri and I will always make the trip over to Millstadt to get that amazing food.
