1 /5 Garrett Wardell: An absolute joke… consistently messing up food and then getting upset when you call them out for it, received cold fries today along with a burger that was smashed to the bottom of the bag but I couldn’t even get an apology or a response as to why my order was so poorly done so I called the manager “Rob” incompetent and he hung up… sorry, but sending out cold fries and smashing my burger in the process is 100% incompetence. PART TWO: I ordered some last night ( I love steak and shake) and they forgot literally my whole order I had a large fry, and a medium chili cheese fry that was supposed to come with it, and I just received a burger and a soda for $40 mind you, and DoorDash won’t even give my money back so they just totally screwed me.

4 /5 J Lewis: They took our order at counter. And they delivered our food. Very nice. They even removed our dishes when saw that we were done eating. We still fixed our own drinks and cleared off our table. I liked not having to use the kiosk. I liked the personal touch.

1 /5 Savannah: Got two shakes, the cookie dough one and mint oreo. The woman working there served me the cookie dough one first, the description online said it would have whipped cream and cookie dough pieces on top with a fudge swirl. When I received mine it barely had any whipped cream and no cookie dough pieces which was what I was most excited about. I asked the woman why I didnt have any she responded with "oh he must have forgotten, would you want them?" I said yes. She proceeded to go add two tiny pieces of cookie dough and a tad bit of fudge on top. Then for the mint oreo by this point I was already very disappointed. Online description of that one was whipped cream on top with oreo pieces and a cherry. When it was served it didnt have the traditional lid it just had like a lid you would put on a soda. Nearly no whipped cream at all and the cherry was tiny and squished so deep from the lid being pressed on. Both of the shakes had been blended far to much so the mix ins were just non distinguishable. I would never get anything from this establishment again.

1 /5 Garrett Wardell: Horrible restaurant all of a sudden, they have forgotten a majority of my order the last 3 times I’ve gotten food from them, if you’re door dashing, you might as well avoid this place at all cost.
