Subway - Carthage (IL)

1 /5 Cortessa White: I did not like the service. At first it was fine but when ordered a coffee I went to get creamer. The sugar in dinning area was low and no creamer. When I asked for some I was told coffee is not sold much so the creamer goes bad so they dont have any. Would have been nice to know prior to purchasing a coffee that tasted like ground dirt. Ever hear of powdered creamer?

3 /5 Jenny Longcor: I went through the drive thru about 7:00pm. I ordered a BLT with extra tomatoes & mayo. They asked if I wanted it toasted, I said "no." They asked if I wanted it warmed, I said, "no." I got home with my order, the sandwich was warmed and smashed and had no lettuce on it.

5 /5 Melissa Kimball: We stopped for sandwiches after visiting Carthage Jail. The food was fresh and the employee, Luke, was friendly and helpful. We left very happy with our meal and our experience!

5 /5 Morgan Rose: Super friendly and efficient employee, happy to work with me as I showed up with no idea what to order or even how the menu worked, happy to help me make a good decision and efficiently got my order out within 3 minutes from the time I pulled up to the drive thru to the time I left. He had a super pleasant smile and made my visit feel welcoming, despite him being the only employee on site ( 8:30 in the evening) Will definitely go there again.

1 /5 Marilyn Peacock: The young lady working tonight seemed pretty rude. Short with customers. Not offering any proper service such as "Can I help you" or "thank you". I hate feeling Im bothering someone at their job. Especially when I am paying my hard earned money. She also under cooked a personal pizza which was not edible in my opinion. Also this makes the 5th time a Subway employee does NOT know the difference between a bell (green) pepper and a banana pepper. Please help them to know what is what. So frustrating to go to a place you love to eat. But only to be treated rudely, food not done approriately and have to pay for it. Very Disappointed!
