1 /5 Heather Al-Rashidi: I stopped in today hoping to order the meal of the day, which was the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Since I do not eat pork, I politely asked for the meal without bacon. The employee refused to accommodate this simple request and insisted I could not order it without the pork. I proceeded to check out but was charged the full price regardless. When I mentioned that I intended to leave a review, she became dismissive and unprofessional.
I will not be returning. For other travelers—especially those with dietary or religious restrictions—be aware that this location is not accommodating or courteous. A little respect and flexibility go a long way, especially when serving weary customers on the road.
