1 /5 Darius Beck: Overpriced prepackaged/frozen food. My breakfast burrito included half of a frozen, precooked sausage patty that was gray in color and precooked bacon strips that were nuked for about 5 seconds, maybe. The egg was a processed blob and the entire thing had zero seasoning. Got a frappe that was pretty big for the price, however, there was so much caramel sauce that it was too sweet for full consumption. The cashier also charged my girlfriend twice and then attempted to lecture her on how bank charges work. A simple apology for the mistake would have sufficed. This bad experience did occur when there appeared to be an event going on on the street, so I understand that things may have been hectic. The food and basic customer service has to improve though.
Follow up in response to the owners negative reaction to criticism. I attached pictures so everyone can see. By looking at the reviews, youve had the same complaints before. Instead of acknowledging said issues, youve attacked and dismissed the complaints of everyone thats left you any less than favorable review. While I understand your frustration with seeing something negative regarding your business, your reaction to myself and others is childish and unbecoming of any adult attempting to run/sustain a business. You sound absolutely ridiculous blaming your poor product/service on customers having a "bad day". Your company would thrive even more if you actually improved upon the negative reviews instead of arguing. Grow up.
