Taco Bell - Tuscola (IL)

1 /5 E C: Terrible place to get food. 8pm. Stood at the counter, no one came. They saw me but never came over. Finally, I ordered through the kiosk. I had to reach over the counter and get my own cup. Took a while to get my food, and the food wasnt good. Had to go back and get my cheese. They forgot it. Two other people went back up to the counter because they forgot some of their orders. There are no ingredients inside the tacos. They were terrible. A lady ordered behind me, and she was still waiting 25 minutes to get her food, and I was done eating. She asked for her money back, and the manager wouldnt give to her. She told her they were making her food. The place is dirty. A ladder against the wall where they made the food. Dont Recommend this place

3 /5 Tammy Bittner: First time stopping at their particular Taco Bell. The store is very clean and the staff came RIGHT up to take out order. Bravo there. The bathrooms were clean. However, this is the smallest Nacho Bell grande I’ve ever received. The Chicken flatbread melt I ordered had only 3 small pieces of chicken, a small sprinkling of cheese and a ton of sauce. I know it is on the value menus, but I was thinking I’d be eating more then flatbread and sauce. yuck!!! This was a take out so I couldn’t go back to have them redo. I definitely would not recommend unless you check everything in your order before leaving.

1 /5 Valerie Paceley: We are currently sitting in the drive thru after placing an online order. Going on 10 minutes. Nobody came to the window when we pulled up. We see multiple people behind the counter messing around with inside customers. Finally get our food and a half hearted apology. There should be a manager on duty to make sure their employees are working like they should be.

1 /5 Jonathan Robinsons: Got 4 nacho cheese tacos . Not one taco was filled up much at all . Paid $17 . Got 2 spicy potatoe tacos on the way out and that bag weighed more than the 4 tacos all together.
