Taco Bell - Olney (IL)

1 /5 Joan Biyok: I usually don’t get a bad experience here, but whoever was working on 8/30/2025 couldn’t even take the order right, let alone make it right. I asked for chicken quesadillas, but was given cheese quesadillas instead. The quesadilla barely even had any cheese. It was mostly sauce. Waste of my moneyy.

2 /5 Kelly Rymer: The place sux! The only time they talk to you is when your order is up. You order on a kiosk I hate it! The food is bland if you forgot the sauce you have to go back to the kiosk and you wait for a while before you get your food I thought this was a fast food restaurant.

2 /5 Jubal F: Every lunch Ive had here has been regretted. I only get chicken Chalupa Supremes from Taco Bell. They are usually hit or miss, but theyve had 5 BAD ones in a row. They are so bland and unpalatable that it tastes like they are cardboard. The daytime employees are nice and helpful, but the night manager was a jerk. Plus, it costs the same to get one item and a drink as eating at a local restaurant. If they could dial a few decent cooks, things could improve quite a lot. Cheers-Jub

1 /5 Justin Hill: It is impossible to order what you want at Taco Bell anymore. No one comes to the front desk, theres no menu board, and they force you to use a kiosk whether you want to or not. The kiosks are not user-friendly and so theres no way to order what you want. Management seems to get upset if you request somebody to come up and help you, at this location the server. David was a very nice man and came out and helped me. But even then you dont really get a good look at the choices. Taco Bell needs to change their concept and go back to a person at the counter and a menu board that you can read.
