1 /5 Dawson Duke: Visited on 20/31/2025. Terrible experience. This is the third chance I have given this location and they don’t fail to disappoint every single time. This time they were out of honey bbq, any drink that wasn’t diet or zero sugar (including tea), and baked potatoes. The register was backed up and the worker on counter had no sense of urgency. We waited in line while flies buzzed around us and flew in out of the cookie box on the counter (landing on the cookies too).When we finally got our order in, they served the people behind us first (same size group as us with a very similar order) and put out multiple drive thru orders in the ~15 minutes it took for our food to come up. When we got it and tried to find a place to sit, we had a hard time finding a clean table but eventually did. That’s when I noticed they’d put lettuce on my chili cheese fries. Don’t bother going here. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Marshall if you want Wendy’s.
