5 /5 Dawn Hall Evans: We stopped and ate lunch inside. The food was fresh and delicious! While we were eating, an angry old lady came in and was yelling at the employees and calling them names. They handled it beautifully! As a person who has worked customer service most of my life, I can fully appreciate management defending her employees to the horrible name calling in such a professional manner.

2 /5 Ryan Reynolds: EDIT (1/14/2025): I give up on this place. Always a long wait, doesnt matter if its drive thru, mobile order, or dine in, theres always an issue. Usually its insanely slow but sub par quality of food, and the restaurant being out of items. Its so frustrating and I thought itd get better after 5 months but it has gotten worse. I actually jumped out of line tonight in the drive thru after waiting for 15-20 minutes. I went to Taco Bell (one person ahead in the drive thru) and ordered a $7 box and nacho fries. As I headed back towards home the drive thru line at Wendys had not moved. Such poor service. My original review is below. Theyve only been open a week and its been extremely busy during lunch and dinner hours. I stopped by just before they switched off the breakfast menu and had almost no wait. I love Wendys breakfast potatoes and am happy to have them here. I wont eat much else from there but my kids and mother have enjoyed their food. It will be nice when the lines and wait times are normal. UPDATE: Went back today (2nd visit) to order breakfast potatoes. It was 10:25 AM and breakfast menu was displayed on the drive thru board. When I ordered they said they were now serving lunch and couldnt make them. I realize my timing wasnt great but still frustrating. Ill stop by earlier next time!

1 /5 Vash S: I wont ever go back to this Wendys after 4 times its just pathetic. The last time that I ordered was getting a Large chili which they ended up giving me a medium... And a frosty, they didnt even fill the frosty all the way up. The line takes so long even if theres just one car ahead of me. I think the food isnt that great so I recommend to everyone else, Dont even come here. Dont waste your time and dont waste your money.

1 /5 Logan Monroe: All these people care about is the drive thru, and even then you’re lucky to get your order taken. We go inside and wait 20 minutes to get our order taken, and instead of helping the 4 people waiting, we take one order and leave the other 3 standing waiting. Staff are incredibly rude when you ask for assistance, and could care less if customers were in the store.

1 /5 Payton Akers: Terrible service. We went out eat with our friends kids as a surprise and they wanted Wendys. We brought them to this store and it was an absolute joke! Kids like to eat inside, so we bring them inside and at the front register there is a sign that says due to short staffing they will not be taking orders at the register. We then go to the kiosk, which was so incredibly slow and try to order from there. One of the two kiosks was broken immediately, and the other that worked was so slow, and when you went to pay it froze and you had to start over. I looked at the kids and said I guess they dont want us here, well be going to McDonalds instead. Shout out to McDonalds for actually letting you order inside, even if they arent the fastest.
