3 /5 mysilohana mysilohana: Today after a busy day shopping for Christmas/Christmas dinner I thought Id stop by Wendys to take home chilli for a quick dinner so I wouldnt have to go in and cook after walking all day. Unfortunately, when I opened the chili when returning home THIS is all that was in BOTH containers. ☹️ I called Wendys and spoke with Michelle (manager of Wendys) and explained I was very disappointed. And in THIS economy to get only HALF of what you paid for is certainly not a way to grow your business. Michelle was very accommodating and explained she would replace the chili the next time I was in town. Knowing she cant always control how her employees function, she might want to express to her staff that its important to at least give people what they paid for. She was very nice, and I will again try Wendys again at some point.

3 /5 97Mark Johnson: Went inside and ordered a "single with onions only and a small fry". The cashier did not ask about adding cheeze. I figured " onios only" was clear enough. I glanced at mey receipt while waiting for the order and it listed a single with cheeze and onions only. The cashier was standing there so I asked him about the cheeze and he called over to the person who was assembling the order and told her no cheese which i could see she was about to add. I asked him 3 times did he change me for the cheeze and he ignored me and walked away. I should have asked for a manager. Its not about the money, its about getting the order right and if I wanted cheeze Id ask for it. If it was a drive thru order I would have been stuck with it. I do not like cheeze on my hamburgers. Anyway, the fries were cold and the largest was not much bigger than 1". Really??? Then there was a homeless person who looked like he was taking a bath in the communal sink in the hallway right outside the kitchen door. Not a good experience. If this franchise is struggling its no wonder

5 /5 Richard Wheeler: ¡¡¡***PHENOMENAL ***¡¡¡ If you arent eating here youre missing out!!!! Absolute perfection for a dining experience. Friday evening around 6:45 I walked in the door after barely eating all day. Im generally pretty consistent with my food orders but this time I felt like trying something new. When I asked the girl behind the counter(Sophie I think) what she liked she said she really liked the spicy chicken sandwhich. She also added that she enjoys spicy food. Well as it happens I like spicy too but can be quite picky about the level of spicy in my food. There was something very truthful in her manerisms and communication. I ordered it and a junior bacon cheeseburger just to be on the safe side. Not only was the food prepared quickly but man was she right! That spicy chicken sandwhich was not only crunchy and fresh tasting but the absolute perfect portion. 100% fire !!!!(intended to mean delicious not super spicy) I literally had to force myself to slow down while I was eating it. I may have just found my new favorite burger and of all things its a chicken sandwhich smh. Never would I have guessed how amazing that sandwhich would be. Ive still got the junior bacon cheeseburger and who knows maybe Ill eat it later but I am absolutely full and couldnt be happier with this specific location. Clean, friendly and welcoming. If I could give a 10 out of 5 I absolutely would. Thank you to whoever hired and trained this young woman. And Sophie( I sure hope I am getting your name right) you are a treasure in this world. Continue being yourself in this life and it will take you places. Thank you falls utterly short of enough for your suggestion and communication skills. Wendys you better keep this one. I doubt youll find many more like her around.

1 /5 Teri Heath: I love wendys but this place is the worse I have ever been in. I ordered a medium meal and got a small, when I asked about it I was told she didnt ring in a medium. No problem them i looked at my chicken nuggets that clearing were not cooked they were still white. So I asked if they looked cooked and was told yes they are done. I sit down and dump my nuggets and the tray and clearly they are not done they are still white and wet. So again I take them back to the counter and show the gentleman my nuggets and ask if I can get some different ones. He looks at them and tells the staff he needs a 4 pack of nuggets. The woman looks at me and asks WHY THOSE ARE COOKED...again the gentleman looks at her and says he needs a 4 piece of chicken nuggets.... the staff here is absolutely the worse ever and the attitude they have they should not be working with customers. I do want to thank the gentleman behind the counter for helping me.
