Explained what needed to be done and why and gave me prices before any work was done. Met the mechanics as well and had an overall great experience. Generally the automotive industry isnt the greatest when youre a woman and Im glad I have found an honest place to take my vehicle for all my work. Will highly recommend to anyone I know. No response. Didn’t even talk to the dogs. I don’t have a car, I have to walk everywhere. Please leash dogs or train them not to run at people barking!

Erica Hermanson This is the second time I have had my SUV detailed by Essig Motors. Christina & Jessica knocked it out of the park with their detail today. I wish I had pictures of the before, but as a mom of 6 kids you can just imagine how bad it really was. My SUV looks like it was just delivered to the lot to be sold. Jack More Being two females traveling a long ways from home. Most women worry if they have to stop and get work done on their vehicles that the mechanic will over charge them due most not all females do not have knowledge in car repairs. This shop was friendly, honest, and charge fair prices. They actually charged less then most shops would have charged. If I was a local this would be my go to shop.

David Hemphill Been bringing my vehicles here for years to have any and all tire work done. Pat, Donkey, and the rest of the crew are quick, friendly, knowledgeable, up front, and fair. They checked for leaks, grinded and resealed my rims, and rotated my tires in less than 20 minutes. Theyre very competitive on their pricing for new tires as far as I can tell as well. Small town service the way it should be!

Deuce Loosely I bought tires here for years, but stopped when Dale called me a liar and wouldnt let me leave without purchasing a mismatched tire from him that I didnt want. Goodyear ended up honoring my warranty claim ( I was telling the truth) but I choose to buy my tires from one of the other repair shops in Aledo.

Melissa 80 I had parts taken off my car that I did not give permission to take off. I had already had it in a shop and diagnosed as to what was wrong with it. A $17 part ended up costing me $321 due to the mechanic there taking my entire sway bar out. That I did not give permission for them to take out. The only thing to be done was to replace my resonator on my exhaust. I called for days trying to reach the owner. After 5 days he calls me and seems to not believe me even tho I have receipts and labor costs as well as another diagnosis prior to being to their shop. The mechanic gave me his number amd told me he does work on the side due to my shocks being bad and if I wanted to fix them in the future he would be alot cheaper then the shop price. Ive got no where with the owner. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I was taken advantage of and I am very leery of any shop now. The owner is doing nothing to honor his mechanics mess up that cost me over 300 dollars. He seems to believe the mechanic. Nice way to run your buisness. Very disappointed and will be pursuing this in court because I shouldnt have had to pay another shop to fix their mess up and I did not give permission to have anything taken off my car except the U bracket and the resonator to be replaced. Be leery if you go here.

David Hemphill All my oil changes that Ive had them do have been quick, easy, and fairly priced (about $42).

M E Bought a vehicle from them and they lied about the history of the vehicle. They claimed the vehicle drove onto their lot. After removing the valve covers I found a rocker arm wedged (really stuck) between the camshaft and cradle. THE ENGINE NEVER RAN IN THAT CONDITION. It was mechanically seized! Very dishonest business!!! I informed them about the issue and no offer to help or resolve their lie! Do not buy any vehicle from them and CAUTION letting them touch any vehicle of yours. Update: they now claim it was sold as a "parts car". Not true - their Facebook ad did not mention any of those words. In fact their Facebook ad was written to make someone think the car would drive with minor repairs and they were selling it at the price they listed because they wanted to get out of that business. Also instead of marking the ad as sold they deleted it to hide how they described the vehicle. Still very dishonest business practices. Walk into their store and youll see how rundown and disorganized the store/shop is. Yes, my fault for being a trusting person.
