Jacob Tibble Hands down one of the better dealerships I’ve been to. Guy was very descriptive on explain how stuff works and y it isn’t working and what to do to fix it. Price was awesome one place said 3-4K they fixed it for $1500.

Transkom Trucking Inc. I highly recommend CT Repair, It is by far the best Alignment shop in Chicago area. They are equipped with Pro-Trac system provided by "MD Alignment". If you want to be sure your truck is aligned that is the shop. No question about it! I will be back to CT Repair any time I will need alignment.

Daniel Randolph I started using CTR when they first came to Shorewood. As a driver you are always looking for that honest mechanic with good prices. Chucks is that shop. They don’t try to throw parts at your semi, they take their time to diagnose it right the first time and get you going at a fair price. If your in the area for a day and need a good mechanic or you live in the area and need a good shop to go to all the time I’m telling you, you can’t go wrong with Chucks Truck repair.

After refusing to honor his agreement, he later sent an offensive text message insulting the family friend that drove my husband there to finalize the sale.

Barbara Bergman Had work done at this location. First off was quoted 250.00 for each job that was parts and labor. Had a power steering pump and a universal joint replaced. My job was authorized on the 18th and they put my job off for two others that came in I am supposing were more money rgan mine. Finally they got to mine and that was on Thursday 24th no one called me or anything I had to call driday evening was told it was done they would call me back with total. SATURDAY MORING I called again the mechanic told me it was done and told me rge total. I questioned the amount he told me to talk with the owner when i got there. Spoke with owner the price went up 300.00 more than what i was quoted i quested why tgey said that is what it is never a phone calk nothing not even a chance for us to decide if we wanted to go ahead with rhe job or not. This business is a Scam they are ignorant and self centered do not care about the customer never gave thought to if we wanted the work done or not

Jeff Hoke Carlos and Chris got me back on the road in my 65 Buick with quick service and great attitudes. I went in for a radiator issue but they observantly noticed an oil leak that could have been catastrophic later. Take your car here… fair and competent shop.

Humberto Bravo I’ve had Premium Fleet Repair help is with various repairs on our Freightliners. They have always done a great job at a great price. They have always been able to come to us, which has been a huge convenience! Marco has always been very polite and great on getting back to me. Mauricio They had my car for over 2 months with no updates or calls the entire time. Multiple times they told me to wait because they were supposedly waiting for catalytic converters from other places, but I was never updated and the parts never showed up. I finally gave up and bought my own parts — $1,700 on shorty headers and high flow cats. On top of that, I found out from dashcam footage that they were driving my car without my permission. They still charged me $200 for junkyard cats that never worked, and overcharged on parts and labor. When I got the car back and went home, I still had a check engine light for the same cat and sensor issues they claimed they cleared and fixed. Completely unprofessional.

jake k After a handful of negative experiences with “reputable” & “classic - capable” shops around Aurora, this is the only spot I still allow to touch my ‘66 mustang coupe. Period. Performance on maintenance is generally quick but more importantly THOROUGH as these guys have saved me from ending up stranded on numerous occasions. Nothing is overlooked, and being a smaller business your vehicle will see all of the attention most of the bigger shops around here can’t/won’t show it. Cameron was recently able to tackle my distributor + timing / (a few other issues before she’s garaged for the season) on extremely short notice and the 289 has never felt peppier under the throttle. If you have a classic of any value that you genuinely care for, I’d highly recommend checking out their work.

Erik Olson Cameron has worked on 2 of my cars and has done an excellent job. The first time was about 2 years ago with my Saab 9-3 which needed the clutch replaced. Just recently, he fixed my son’s Volvo which needed a new wheel bearing and fuel pump. Both times he kept me informed of the status daily and everything worked perfectly.

Johnathan Marquardt More than just an oil change! Theyll lubricate your joints and rods, top off other fluids, check your cabin air filter, wipe down your windshield, and air your tires. Once youre in the bay its very quick. The techs dont try to scam you into repairs that arent necessary. Desk staff is very friendly. Highly recommend over big chain oil change joints.
