Worm This is my second experience with them. First time they fixed the radiator and a few hose leaks as well as an oil change and tune up. This time dealt with rear brakes both times not too bad for cost and very efficient. Went in to pick up the car and it had an oil leak, they had a quote waiting. Very pleased with them so far.

Vanesss Harris We were traveling up from OKC when 4 hrs into the drive our AC went out (miserable 6+hrs) on a Friday (8/2).I called around to multiple dealerships in the area no one was able to get us in until late the next week and the Service Dept at Bill Walsh GM was able to squeeze us in Monday AM (8/5) AND the Enterprise rental stayed late Friday (as we got in past closing) to get us in a rental car WITH AC. They treated us so well and were so friendly even though we were prolly less than looking modest with sweating for 6+hrs in 85°-90°F windows down car ride. The pricing was fair and they fixed my car the same day we turned it in. I would highly recommend this dealership/service center.

Nuradyl Rysbaev We had a very disappointing experience with Reds Truck Repair Inc., specifically with Jacob in the parts department. He sold us a defective part, and when we returned to resolve the issue, he refused to refund or exchange it. Even worse, his attitude was shockingly unprofessional — he told us directly that he “doesn’t care” about our concerns. Not only was the part faulty, but we later discovered we were charged nearly double and given what appears to be a used part sold as new. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one dealing with critical vehicle repairs. Customer service was non-existent, and the lack of accountability is a serious red flag. I strongly do not recommend doing business with this shop. If you need reliable parts and honest service, look elsewhere.

Daniel Haight II Unprofessional service department. I was referred to Reds by a shop i have been using for several years that was unable to help with the vehicle i need serviced. Reds would not even let me explain what i needed done or even listen past me saying that the vehicle is privately owned. They seem to have no interest in small clients and definitely want nothing to do with privately owned vehicles. they didnt even give me a chance to tell them the vehicle info (year, make and model). I do understand that at this time of the year (Harvest time) they may be rather busy with their farm and larger fleet customers, and i would have been more than willing to wait for them to have an opening to bring the vehicle in to be looked at / serviced. But i would have expected much better from a shop that came as highly recommended as they did. Hopefully they will change this at some point. Or at least take a minute or two to recommend another shop like the one who told me to give them a call.

Jake When my Jeep broke down I was told Conroys does good work, so went with the recommendation. They were prompt and professional. They towed, diagnosed, and replaced the water pump. They were transparent and friendly throughout the process.

Gladys Garrett My van was having colliant leak, while on vacation at Starved Rock Campground. My boyfriend called them and they got us in today. Wonderful people there. If ever I have another issue while camping again we will call them to get it fixed. Thanks guys

31Coupe I called for an appointment and was told I could drop off my truck on Sunday night and to leave the keys in the key slot on the building. The owner / employee instructed me where to park, next to the red trash can. I had a terrible time getting my keys in the businesses slot because there was a book stuck in it. Took me about 5 minutes to get them in it. I got a call from the business at 7am Monday telling me I left the truck in the wrong spot and their neighbor was irate and was going to have the truck towed because I parked it in the wrong spot and I apologized and said I misunderstood. The owner / employee was vulgar and irate on the phone, telling me he had a tough time finding the keys. The fob was in an envelope with my name, number and problem. Had the owner / employee not been so rude and sarcastic on the phone I would have continued with the appointment. Instead I went and got my truck offering to pay the owner / employee for his time. He said I owed nothing, still being rude. I took my keys and left, very frustrated. There arent any "no parking" signs indicating where to park. Nor are there any signs on the business indicating where to park. I assumed they owned the garage across the street, dumb on my part Im sorry. When I arrived the truck was moved to the "correct spot" and the front was sticking in the road over 3 feet. All of this could be prevented if the business took ownership of the fact that they need to post signs. NEVER going back and dont care to ever see this rude person again. I will find the irate neighbor and offer money to this person however. I made a mistake.

Katelyn Felice Best repairs shop I have been to. I was in the process of moving across the country when my car nearly overheated. I had two cats with me and was on the last leg of my trip. Kiddie Kar was the only one to take me in. They went out of their way to get the part needed next day, otherwise I would have been stuck in Ottawa for 4 more days. The shop owner and receptionist were so kind and helpful. Made it the last 8 hours of my trip with no issues! Pricing for part and labor was good. Wish there was more shops like this one around! Didn’t try to upsell or overcharge, very honest.

Scott Bickett Looked at a vehicle, man said it needed a gas line and hed have it on by mon He called me to say it was done and accepted my offer. I told him id be by the next day and get it. Texted him to tell him I wouldnt be by the time I told him but a bit later. " I sold it ten minutes ago" WOW! What a low down kick to the gut. Didnt even call to.tell me. Good thing I didnt drive the 40 miles 1 way to tell me when I got there!! WHICH IS WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO!! Not the way to do business. 0 respect.

Christine Jones I go here for all my car parts because theyre knowledgeable & very helpful especially since I dont know much about vehicles. The employees are always helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & welcoming. The parts are top notch & if they dont have your part they will find someone who does & ship it to their location in a couple days at no cost to you. Would recommend this place to anyone any day.

Vaifagaloa V Sao I had to get windshield wiper fluid and the man at the counter gave me his sale product instead that he claimed to work better than the one i was looking to purchase. (Im inexperienced when it comes to cars) so i got what he suggested. He even came outside to fix my windshield fluid tube that was disconnected so thank you!

Peter K This place is a blast from the past, and I mean that in a good way. The lobby is something of a museum of items and artifacts related to automobile travel and middle America, lovingly tended and right there for you to see up close. Even the aroma of the place is old school auto shop. Super nice lady handling customer service. But did they fix your car?, you ask. No, I was just walking by, but Id for sure give them a try if I lived in the area.

Molly Zigan Justin is my go to mechanic!! I used to live in Ottawa, but recently moved. I was having problems with my car. Dealership and other mechanics wouldnt really do anything. I drove 1300 miles back to see Justin!!!!

steve pytel I had a major issue with my boat trailer breaking down today just off I-80. I was stranded and couldn’t go anywhere. I found S&K on line and gave them a call to see if they could help. I spoke with Steve and he stated that they deal with semi truck trailers, not boat trailers. I asked if he might know of anywhere that might be able to help me out. He thought about it a minute and said… you know what, I can be there in about an hour. Steve came out assessed my issues, left got the parts and came back and fixed my trailer and got me back on the road at a reasonable price. I am forever grateful. A-1 service. He went above and beyond to help me out in a major jam even though that’s not the business he’s in. Steve, I appreciate all your help.

MontWayExInc If you have the misfortune of breaking down, Steve is the guy to call. Our breakdown was beyond what Steve could repair on the side of the road, but he was very helpful in recommending a good towing service and repair shop. Grateful he made the trip out to assess the issue in such a remote area of Hwy 80

Alexandra DuBois Writing this review for Ryan and the team from the service department. I called in with an issue with my Jeep Gladiator check engine - my jeep ran decent, but something was off. The team did not mess around or beat around the bush. They were able to replace my camshaft, and it was covered under warranty. My jeep runs better than ever now. I can truly say I trust this service department more than any other department around. They were quick, responsive, and most importantly honest. Thank you Ryan and service team!

P S (Drago) Oil change price for full synthetic is $64.99 plus tax but it actually says from $64.99 so really they can charge you anything. Last time I was charge under $10 for an oil filter so my price was around $70 after tax and fees. This time almost $20 for an oil filter so my cost was $80 after tax and fees. I cant even find an oil filter that costs $20 on my car. They also tack on a fuel additive for like $8 and dont tell you to every booking that you have to make sure they dont include as its a waste of money.

Andy Konitzer Visiting area from out of state and had some time to detail truck interior. Google search turned up Cal’s, so I thought I’d give them a shot. My truck is a very “lived in” work vehicle - dust, dirt and all sorts of muck deep in carpets and upholstery. The guys at Cal’s scheduled me right away, and in a very reasonable amount of time, I had an almost ‘like new’ (save for usual deep plastic scratches of any work truck) interior at an absolutely fair (after tip) price. Icing on the cake - guys were super-friendly and 100% professional. My 6 year old daughter looked inside and asked if I bought a new truck. Bring your car to Cal’s. -Andy from Pittsburgh

Geanean Misener Greg and his team are great! They have been helping our family for almost 10yrs! I cannot say enough great things about this shop! They go out of their way to make sure you know every step of the way what is happening with your vehicle & make sure you approve before any work is performed. Greg has towed our daughters car...countless times and really cared about her safety! Great place to go, would definitely recommend for any vehicle service...we have had them all!

Steve We were in town traveling and pumped gas mixed with diesel from a local station. We started misfiring on the highway home. We called the Auto Clinic and they said they could fit us in. Well... not only did they fit is in but they scanned the car, determined the issue, came up with a game plan, and solved the problem to get is back on the road. Their team even worked through lunch!! We had a two hour drive left and a flight to catch. The office staff gave me a ride to town to get lunch while their mechanic worked tirelessly on his solution. They offered very competitive pricing and worked non stop to deliver my vehicle in a shorter time then planned. They are also helping us to support what happened by documenting what they saw. That is way above what I would have expected.

I take all my vehicles to Ottawa Garage and highly recommend if you need a mechanic, this is the place!
