During my most recent visit, I asked for a coffin shape and received a short, square shape instead. The overall execution of the nails was not what I expected, and the expertise just isn’t what it used to be.
I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon, but I no longer feel valued as a customer. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to be listened to and appreciated—not treated like an inconvenience. My pedicure was horrible as well. Still rough skin and the polish is so thick and uneven. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
