1 /5 Nicholle Williford: The head tech was extremely rude and smart mouthed. He spoke poorly of customers of vehicles he was currently working on and had a very poor attitude. After hanging up from one customer & quoting her a bill of "at least $9,700 but thats the starting point" he then continues to speak poorly of her after hanging up the phone. All this was said in front of a lobby full of people and the receptionist. He spoke down to me like I was a peasant beneath him & he made it clear that I was bothering him because I didnt know what was wrong with my vehicle. He embarrassed me publicly in the lobby and i left in tears. I will never again go to Aarons, nor will I recommend them. I will, however, urge everyone i can to seek out other auto shops. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.
