2 /5 mariah dunseth: I will say the two people that were there, were really nice. But it just felt like the place wasn’t clean, and I had to ask the lady a couple times to fix my nails because they were crooked. And they still are crooked. I just have to wait two weeks to get them fixed by someone else. And parts of my nail polish are see-through. I feel bad, but I won’t be returning.

1 /5 Tessa Bee: Took my daughter for her birthday and we ended up getting 3 sets done. There was only one worker. She was very rough with all three, and made one of us bleed. The first was a little girl, most of her nails were crooked and she changed up the colors that she wanted. 2nd was a teenager, she stopped in the middle to do someone elses nails. She was trying to talk her out of what she wanted, the charms fell off the next day, and the charms coming off messed up her design. Last was mine, and I went with basic nails after seeing her designs not being what Id like to pay 85+ for. All in all, I would not go back.

5 /5 Samantha Mercer: I got the lavender mani pedi. Walked in 20 minutes before closing, didnt realize it was so late. They happily stayed for me and didnt mention the fact that they were closing until I asked when. It was the BEST service and I cant wait to return.

1 /5 Adrien Bell: So my mom left a review recently and the lady has sent a response under that. I have cuts in my skin. I told her multiple times it hurt. She proceeded to go harder. Days later my skin still hurts. I expressed that I may be allergic to the glue, she proceeded to add more glue than necessary. As we speak, my mom is filing hers to be less crooked. Im filing the design off mine and painting it. 80$ each for us to end up this disappointed. And also, she did have the color the little girl wanted, my mom chose the polish herself. And nobody told us of this appointment. These people are super unprofessional. Dont go here.

1 /5 Ashley M: I called 3 weeks in advance to schedule a group appointment of 9 for my bachelorette trip... When we arrived, the 3 people working had no idea my group was coming in and was extremely unprepared for our group. I felt extremely bad because I knew they were overwhelmed. However, it does not excuse the fact that half my group only got a soak for their pedicure. No top coats, no cuticles pushed back, no nail trimming just a soak and polish. Moving onto the full-set application... There is not one Apex on my set so I have nails breaking left and right. Other people have lost almost all their nails because of how poor the application was. Luckily, this didnt ruin our trip but you really dropped the ball with this one and I hope you learn to better prepare yourselves for big groups/busy times.
