She really knows her stuff and had great ideas for how to cut my hair to make it easier to style and with choosing the color itself. I’ve been to several popular salons in Springfield but I will keep coming back to see Brandi. Highly Recommend! Mane Tamers Hair & Wig Salon - Jacksonville monica davis: I love this store. you can get just about any kind of wig in any style you want. the ladies there are so helpful and kind and understanding .they help me find two wigs that I bought the day I went in there .I Am So Satisfied with the wigs I have that I will go back and buy more as needed .thanks for helping me main tainers you are wonderful. Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio - Jacksonville Event Coordinator: Terrible customer service. The youngest daughter that helps run this store is moody, unhelpful , and extremely unfriendly. After repeated visits several times a year for more than 10 years now her attitude has never changed. She does not encourage browsing and highly discourages it, and never offers suggestions of helpful products. I’m tired of giving them another chance. I will take my business to someplace where it is appreciated.
