Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio - jacksonville - Jacksonville Event Coordinator: Terrible customer service. The youngest daughter that helps run this store is moody, unhelpful , and extremely unfriendly. After repeated visits several times a year for more than 10 years now her attitude has never changed. She does not encourage browsing and highly discourages it, and never offers suggestions of helpful products. I’m tired of giving them another chance. I will take my business to someplace where it is appreciated.
