1 /5 Misti Durbin: I cant even begin to describe how terrible this was for me . I had booked them months in advance to do myself (bride) and my bridal party. They let me know only when I called to verify my appointment 2 hours prior that they could only do me because the other girl was positive for covid ( no back up ) . So I had to go alone . One person there. My entire venue and dress was dedicated to a 1920 theme so of course, I would need the hair and makeup to match. Lets just say .. I got NOTHING or nowhere even close to what I wanted. Left crying. Late . To my wedding . Ran home , and did it myself . Im still in tears as I type this because its supposed to be such an amazing day and they truly did ruin it. Please. Dont ever use them . Ever . It was so so tragic . I have notified the girl who recommended them, and I truly hope she never uses them as a recommendation again either.
Also .. the AUDACITY to lie and say I was notified .. you told me you didnt have my phone number to call me. Verbatim. So HOW WAS I NOTIFIED? Where? I wasnt.. and you know that. I was NEVER offered a trial or I would have MOST DEFINITELY taken one! On one of the most important days of my life.. yeah.. no chance I would have denied that! You must have me mixed up with someone else , because nothing you have just stated in your response was true.
