2 /5 Erica Foster: This body shop and G. Keyes took advantage of my integrity by having me pay for unnecessary services that were not performed. Rather than complete the work he estimated he decided to fix whatever he wanted to and from what I’ve been told they split the remainder and pocketed it. I don’t appreciate dishonest people, especially when you are trying to do the right thing. Lesson learned, next time I’ll check the work before paying. I definitely would not have given him the final check, I guess shame on me for thinking a fellow local small business owner would be honest.

5 /5 Dana Waters: Unfortunately, weve had to use their service a couple of times (teenaged drivers!), but just this week, I had the pleasure of using this shop for a small bang up of my own. I can not say enough kind things about the work product and Jeff. From start to finish, theyve been amazing. A short turnaround time, beautiful work, and just wow. The customer service and communication is top notch. I cant say I want to use them often (not fun being in MVAs), but without hesitation, I know where Ill go to get my car repaired.

5 /5 mike quirin: Repair holding up well 4/24/18 Wife had a little tussle with a telephone pole which dammaged the front quarter panel and cracked the front headlight on our 2008 Buick Lacrosse. They worked with us finding a used fender, headlight and repaired the plastic under the hood which cracked from the impact. Did a great job and did it at a fair price. Totally Satisfied.

1 /5 Jennifer Caumiant: Unprofessional is an understatement! Bill likes to shake you down on the rental car. Apparently, he doesnt disclose rental costs to the insurance company and then charges customers after the fact. It comes out of your pocket and you owe whatever he decides the cost will be. This is the last time we do business with Bill Fahrner Auto Body!
