5 /5 Rebecca Price: Erika M. is absolutely amazing! She always seems to know exactly what I’m looking for, even when I’m not sure how to explain it. Her talent with coloring and highlighting hair is truly incredible. She knows how to create the perfect shades and blends that look so natural and flattering. Erika has been my stylist for many years. She truly listens and goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling confident and happy. Her attention to detail and ability to personalize every style is unmatched. I can’t recommend Erika enough! She’s the best in the business!

5 /5 Paris: Paige was wonderful! I called her in advance in a pinch headed to a birthday luncheon! She was so gracious and kind, let me pay for a gift card over the phone, and had everything so nice and in a bag with pretty paper like 10 minutes later - ready to go! She had me looking very prepared and she was just so sweet! In fact, both girls at the checkout were friendly! Amazing customer service! Oh and my friend was very pleased with her gift!! Thanks so much!

1 /5 Irina Grumazescu: Hi there! This is just an honest review of the service I received last Saturday. For around $250, I got my long hair all spotted. I am very disappointed because the lady that did my hair was very nice and she mentioned doing it since the beginnings of this salon. I wont leave a name, but it starts with an S. I noticed something in the salon but thought it might be the lighting. I gave it a first bath last night, and it seems like after some of the toner came out, the true result is coming to light. Ive been growing my hair for a couple of years to have it long and nice for my wedding thats coming up, and now its all ruined. I had to write this review because I paid a decent amount of money and besides that it isnt at all any more blonde, it bothers me that these highlights have been started from the root, even though I mentioned that I want it done exactly like last time, low maintenance, not to start it from the root. I was assured the information of what I got last time was available in the system, so we got to work. It is not even colored all the way to the bottom! And what I got on top (from the root down) is just a bit lighter than my natural color so it makes me wonder what did I pay for? Last time I got my hair done by another lady, same spot, blonde short hair, also very nice though, didnt layer my hair a bit like I asked, just cut my ends, but at least got the color right. Disappointing experiences and now my hair is ruined. Tell me would you would walk around like this? The last picture is of what I asked the first lady to try and get my hair to look like which she did as much as she could, now I needed a retouch. What I asked for VS what I got...? Cant see any defined color, only spots. Not coming in again.

5 /5 Tamara Pierce: Jacque was amazing. I’m visiting Springfield for a 4 day photography conference and she was quick to give me pointers for fave restaurants, things to see and do on my stay. Super friendly. She was able to give me a beautiful color refresh and styling as I was having professional head shots made directly following the hair appointment. Such a fun time with the ladies in the salon and at the front desk. Jacque and Erika were both a breath of fresh air and I appreciated their hospitality! Well done ladies, I will be back for another conference in the Fall. See you soon!

I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, but my stylist, Jessi, was so patient, friendly, and really took the time to listen to me. She helped me find a style that I love, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back!
