Justin and Patty were absolutely amazing to us. They stayed open late to check the car, knowing we were far from home. Patty drove my son and I to the next town to get a rental car while Justin allowed my sister and her young son to stay at the shop. They had my car done by noon on Monday. Justin suggested I test drive it before paying, most mechanics just let you pay and leave so I greatly appreciated this. They were so amazing to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and reasonable mechanic. If I didn’t live so far from Greenville I would be taking all of my business to Volkers from here on out.

Nice woman at the shop connected me to Cody who got me in and diagnosed the repair. The Power steering pump failed and broke the belt that drives the water pump causing temp to rise. New power steering pump and belt was replaced all done in an afternoon. I would recommend Cody and his team. It was a good experience.
