1 /5 h s: I am leaving this review bc I feel the complete opposite of what everyone else is saying. I thought the receptionist were rude. They are super friendly on the phone but when you go in they all look and act like they hate their jobs. The hygienist literally cut into all of my gums for a basic cleaning. The dentist was also super rough, while working on my teeth he was answering texts via his Apple Watch then would complain about the kids extracurricular activities and the parents that were messaging him. The office had a very weird vibe. Upon meeting him, I asked him how he was and he made a comment like, “better before I had kids or something to that affect.” While he was working on my teeth he was asking his assistant personal questions. I’m sorry but I don’t want to hear that!
He then asked me if I would prefer a root canal or crown. Ummmmm, I have no clue what either of those mean so can you explain? He puts on a crown and didn’t fit it properly. I went to a different dentist that fixes it. Lastly, I called them to tell them I am canceling all future appointments. The receptionist said ok do you want to reschedule, I said no, she said ok thank you! Lol! Go elsewhere!
