5 /5 Qiana Barnes: Today I came in the office and it’s such a nice clean office, the front desk acknowledged me immediately and gave me forms to fill out. I waited no more than 5 minutes after that to get taken in the back Dr was very professional and nice and explained everything to me. Very nice informative dental office with nice professional staff

2 /5 enchong dee: Dropped about $300 here for a cleaning + filling, and honestly, I expected way better. Front desk was kinda cold, wait time was brutal (sat there like 40 min past my appt), and the doc felt super rushed. My filling feels off, and now I gotta go back — major headache. Not tryna bash ‘em, but for the price, I def thought I’d leave feelin’ better. Won’t be my first pick next time.

2 /5 Matt Scharf: This dentist feels like a car dealership. I took my business elsewhere because they tried to have me sign a contract that was for a “promotion” on Invisalign. In order to get the “promotion” by the end of the year I had to sign up for it “now.” After I told them I wasn’t signing the contract, the receptionist said I would get them in trouble. I communicated to the doctor I didn’t want Invisalign for a few months because I was getting married. I also had some other serious work that needed to get done, but each time I went back there was a different opinion. And the only thing that was brought up was pushy promotions on Invisalign with no acknowledgement of my timeline communicated to the doctor. At the end of the day, the only thing I cared about was getting the right treatment. Not promotions or cost. Fast forward to today, I got Invisalign and treatment from a different dentist. It’s also weird how they brand their name. Their automated text say Lincoln Dental Care, but Google Maps says Chicago Dental Solutions.
