5 /5 coach miller: I read a few of these reviews and I am very shocked! We moved here about 6 months ago and I knew nothing about this clinic! Found it on google and went! Since then, I have grown to absolutely love this staff! I had a medical emergency yesterday and they called me back within 10 minutes! That wasn’t the extent of it. The next morning, by 9 AM two of their nurses called me to check on me and talk through some new medications! If you are new to the area or need a new family Dr……. I recommend Heather Mossman and entire staff to the fullest extent! Also, wait time to be seen has never been too crazy!

2 /5 Alex Gallaher: My last visit was not pleasant the receptionist at the front desk said I had a balance of 150 dollars and a fee of 30 for paperwork I had to fill out. She told me why I couldn’t pay the fee and I told her I was struggling with money at the moment and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t be seen without paying the “fee”. The only thing I was there for was to see my doctor and get my meds refilled and that lady was flat out rude and only seemed to be money hungry she was very unprofessional and her co worker agreed to that she was. Another thing is too I can never get a phone call returned no matter how many times I call. Do not recommend this place at all for anybody needing a healthcare provider.

I was told Friday was available but they never specified a specific day... just told me Friday, highly dissapointing and unprofessional, hopefully my heart can wait...

2 /5 Shawn M: Im underwhelmed by the care Ive received here. Ive called about changing medication several times, but Ive been told to wait a while. My issue is sleep and when youre not sleeping its so frustrating. I wish the provider could relate.

4 /5 Krystal St John: Love it here drive two and a half hours just to come here. Only issue is I’ve had three doctors in a year let me keep the same quit switching it up. Wait time is minimal
