1 /5 Maya Glover: Went here and got a full set of gel builder on 4/26, by 4/28 the gel began popping of exposing my natural nail so both the gel builder and gel polish came off all as one. The nails were done so thin there were bending and by 4/30 all the nails had popped or peeled off. I went on 4/29 to replace a nail and they acted like I didn’t go there to get my nails done just a few days prior which I checked in for because I had an appt. Really disappointed because I spent $140 for a very poor job and when asked to fix THEIR mistake they were hesitant. While she was “fixing” it the tech got annoyed that I spoke up about it being too thing and I bent the nail in front of her to show her that she is doing it too thin. Do not recommend coming here.

5 /5 Jessica Greene: I’ve been a customer of Classy Nails and Spa religiously for over 2 years. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful along with good music and complimentary drinks. Any idea I have they are able to bring it to life.I recommend this salon to everyone! Always a pleasant experience!

3 /5 Shawnna Skulavik: Love the atmosphere. Everything is clean and updated. Got a complimentary mimosa with my purchase of 30+ A couple negatives were I was charged $3 extra just to cut my acrylics down for my fill. I think it takes a whole 30 seconds… i was not told either. Second is my no chip nail polish chipped on multiple fingers after a few days and the polish was not even. Not writing this place off but this was not the best.

2 /5 Katisha Diaz: I come here often for a pedicure. It is one of the nicer places to go for one and I have never had a bad experience. This past Saturday, January 27th, I got my nails done for the first time here. I do not usually get them done because I find it expensive but I am trying to have healthier nails and was told that dip powder helps with that. So I got a manicure with dip powder and gel polish on top. Yesterday (4 days later) my thumb popped off clean from my nail and I noticed lifting. I thought I would just go today to get them fixed. Today is day 5 and every single dip nail on my left hand came clean off and every nail on my right hand is lifting. For the amount I paid I expected them to last longer than 5 days. I went on their website and it says they only guarantee dip and acrylic for 5 days. I guess I should have read that before committing to these nails and their cost. It’s just very disappointing. I included a photo of my hand to show that the nails came off on their own and are not damaged. I gave them 2 stars only because of the pedicure service. The nails doc them completely and I probably won’t come back here again.
