3 /5 Muriel Brumley: The shop itself is beautiful. I was able to get a last minute appt in while I was home for the holidays, which I was thankful for. I got one of the deluxe pedicures (volcano) and a dip/gel combo (cateye) for my manicure. The nail tech that did my pedicure was great and took his time, although the jets/bowl didnāt want to behave during the pedicure. Volcano pedi had quite a few steps and I felt pampered by the end. End product wasnāt perfect, but staff attempted to fix issues.
However, the tech that did my manicure was rough and was rushing throughout. The end product of the nails were fine, but I had about 4 cuts on my cuticles from the drill. Ouch! Unfortunately, about 4-5 days later my gel has been splitting from the dip base, and has only gotten worse. Iāve been doing this combo for the past 4 months and havenāt ever had this issue. Disappointing as this place had such promise!
