The guy ended up taking photos of the damage and vin number. He took down my name and number and I was told that I would receive a call with an estimate since they were kind of busy. No one ever called me back. Why gather someones info if you dont intend on helping? Oh well, its their loss not mine. Took my 6k and gave it to Randazzos Gallery in Bradley Illinois. Randazzos Gallery is much more professional and cleaner than this Sims place. The guys at Sims should really stop handing out business cards because once we show up, they cant seem to meet our expectations. This place is low budget and small. Poorly managed as well. I guess they only deal with chump change repairs. Things they are knowledgeable and confident about. Just be upfront from now on and stop wasting peoples time.

    Danny Bats Wolford: My jeep grand Cherokee diesel broke down a week before Halloween. This shop in this man had my car on November 1. He’s had my car for over 90 days and it still still not having started. He jumped out the inside of my car. There’s grease all over it smells like cigarettes, there’s no fluids in my motor after he put the new motor in and now I have to have my warranty company take it to another mechanic but actually knows what they’re doing because this man admitted that he doesn’t know how to put a diesel motor in a car do not ever take your vehicle to the shop he never answers his phone, and when I asked him why he had my car so long it was everything was everyone else’s fault, but his even though, after about two months of having my car, he admitted that he bit off more than he should chew and he shouldn’t of took this job and now here I am going to be probably about 120 days without my vehicle, but should’ve been back with me within two weeks of being broke out this place is trash

    Richie Michniak: Exactly Company too take youre Car and Truck too get youre Oil Changed Out Or If You Need A Head Light Swapped Out Why Youre Up Town Too because hear why A couple of years ago going on 4 years ago I stopped at what I Believe it was the Kankakee Location and asked them if they Would Swap My Head Light Out On A 7.3 Lift Truck That I Had and they sure did it and I didnt mind at all if they charged me or not and they Swapped it out and I Arrived their One Happy Man and I Left Their One Happy Man Too Recently I stopped at the Bradley Location and I Believe it was Jesse that I knew he was working the front desk and asked them if they charged too Air Low Tires Up and with what he told me Blew My Mind Wide Open And next thing I was pulling my Car In too get all my Tires Checked and they Aired them up and I Arrived at the Bradley Location One Happy Man and I Left Their One Happy Man And I would Highly Recommend anybody to use Patrick and Jess All-Automotive In Kankakee County Area And Definitely The Bradley Location Too Thank You Again You Guys

    travis leque: Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I dropped my tractor and trailer off for alignment. Everything is straight as an arrow down the road. Also my son had tubes put in that morning. I mentioned I had to go to hospital and I may not be there right away for pickup. They took care of everything and they were very kind and thoughtful to leave a little gift bag for my son on my seat. Great family oriented business.

    Kira Kwan: Our car suddenly had a stalling issue on the way back to Texas. We were recommended to go here and talk to nacho and he can get it fix for us today so we do not have to delay the trip. The crew seem very professional and knowledgeable about whats the issue with the car and replaced the faculty parts in a timely manner. The price thats charged is very reasonable as well. He would probably be our mechanics if we live somewhere closer to here. Highly recommend!!

    BOOBS5519: Took my car in for service on my swaybar links, bearings and breaks. My breaks are making noise now, they left parts loose, they didnt replace bolts or tighten the loose parts until I showed them pictures. My car sounds worse than it did before I took it. They burnt my axel boot and Im still waiting on them to replace it. Totally not a good experience for me.
