Clementines bedside manor is top notch! I cant imagine going to another provider theyre all fantastic! The nurses and receptionist are all kind and helpful and my doctor is always willing to listen. When I was first going, in 2015, the wait times were ridiculous - almost 45 minutes late! Now, since they have added more staff and require appointments for all services, even labs, things are going smoothly. Only on rare occasions do I have to wait more than 10 minutes to get into my appointment. Their new Patient Portal keeps me from having to call in or go in to make appointments or get refills for medication. My only problem is with the lab company - they need to check their equipment for accuracy; Ive had to go in multiple times for a blood draw because they said it was not enough in the tube - fix it Labcorp!! Never once did I feel judged or anything like. The staff was amazing from the time I called to make the appointment through the initial exam and cleanings, and everything else. They always made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening. I highly recommend Dr. Hawk and his staff. They are true caring professionals.
