Discovery Depot Childrens Museum - Galesburg (IL)

5 /5 Crystal Klein: This was my first time being here, but I loved it! I brought my first grade class here on a field trip. We live in Burlington, so it was a bit of a drive, but totally worth it. The main level was set up like a town, with stores, banks, farms, ambulance, and much more. The upstairs was all about trains! They also had a neat climbing structure that my students loved. We brought our lunch, and also got to play on their playground. Reservations required for large groups.

5 /5 Nate H.: We booked a room to celebrate our daughters birthday with her preschool class. The entire facility is fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. The kiddos and adults all had fun. Water tables, play equipment to climb around in, giant building blocks, a mock village, actual train car, and much more. I would highly recommend them for a day of fun or for an event.

5 /5 Katie S: We went this afternoon for my 5 year old son to give him something to do that was all about kids. He absolutely LOVED it! What a great time and Galesburg is so fortunate to have such a great museum for the community! Admission is $10 per person which for the quality and care taken for the facility, is very reasonable. Thank you so much for doing this for the kiddos!

5 /5 Hope Fiser: If you havent been to the Discovery Depot with your children yet, I HIGHLY recommend going! This place is perfect for all ages of children, babies included!!!! The downstairs spurs the imagination and creativity. They can burn all of that energy outside on the playground. The upstairs is engaging and encourages hands on learning. Its all around awesome! ❤
