1 /5 Jess Rockhold: I’m a female, & I had went in the week before my cut & color & showed them pictures of how I wanted my hair done, they said that they could do that. Then again when I came in the day of my appt, I again showed them the pictures & told them what I wanted. While getting the cut, the stylist said I think I cut it a little shorter than you wanted. I went in with shoulder length, thin hair & left looking like I was a male with a very short haircut. I even told them I did not like it & it was nothing like what I showed them pics of & nothing like how I wanted.
