I came in for a cleaning and worked with the newest dentist in the practice, Dr. Daniel. The staff was friendly and professional. Daniel listened to my concerns and goals. I had a permanent retainer from previous orthodontic work that I was wanting to remove. Daniel and his team were able to remove it for me that same day and fit me for a removable retainer. They were very quickly able to make me this retainer, I was able to pick up the final product the following week! Very grateful to have found this practice and have such a positive experience! However, it seems a LOT has changed considering the fact I called this morning to set up an appointment for my son that is in pain (for an extraction) the lady placed me on hold, I waited literally 15 minutes on hold. No one came back to the phone at all so I hung up and tried to call back and was sent to voice mail. Thanks for the professionalism and courtesy, I really appreciate it! I pray whoever answered the phone has the worst Thanksgiving ever!
