5 /5 Linda Richardson: The office staff is one of the most caring group of people I have dealt with in a long time. From the phone call explaining the problem my mom had from a previous dentist, they were instrumental in getting my mom an appointment that very day and made the accommodation around my time needs. Upon arrival, the staff was just so pleasant. Dr. Cannon was wonderful and provided great service and referrals for my mom. The staff explained everything to me directly of what was going on with my mom. The front staff also gave us an offer for a discount plan (not an insurance plan) for my mom since she does not have dental insurance, which I did purchase for my mom. I was so impressed with Dr. Cannon and her staff that I made myself an appointment! Such wonderful people!

Joyful Smiles Pediatric Dentistry of Bradley - Bradley Nicole Mateer: There is so much great things to say about this place. From first impressions, their waiting room is super kid friendly and have tablets for the kids to play on while they wait and it is so colorful. The staff was outstanding. They made my child feel super comfortable and they made his experience at the dentist an amazing experience with him. I am so pleased with the services we received, the staff and the environment. HIGHLY recommend. I will 100% be taking my children back. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience!

Bourbonnais Family Dental: Brittany A Rashid DDS - Bourbonnais Leanne Shelley: I have had Cora as a hygienist for years and she is wonderful at her job. She always greets you w/ a smile, asks how you are and works quickly and efficiently while cleaning my teeth, she has never hurt me during a cleaning and does a great job. I know people who don’t go to the dentist because of bad experiences or just scared. No reason to be afraid here! The Dr. and the staff are great, very professional and always helpful when it comes to questions, and insurance. I recommend them highly!

Frederick P Waldschmidt DDS - Bourbonnais Barry Clarke: I called Dr Waldschmidt office the early afternoon on August 20th, 2020. I have a broken tooth that is infected causing swelling and pain. When I talked to the receptionists, she was polite but advised the doctor had no openings for this week or the next several weeks. I’m not sure how good of a dentist Dr Waldschmidt is, but when he can’t get a person in with a severe problem for the next several weeks, what happens to others who have problems. At the end of the conversation, it told me this doctor only wants to see people that do not have any dental issues that need an immediate response…

Kankakee Valley Oral Maxillofacial Surgery - Bourbonnais Claudia Siebring: Everyone friendly and gave great advice. Dont have any dental insurance but they gave me 10% off for being a senior citizens. Very painless procedure (2 back molars) just normal swelling. Highly recommend!!
