5 /5 Angela Roti: I made an appointment with Sierra, and I needed a messy bun updo for a wedding. I had a picture and showed her, and let her work her magic. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a salon, and was completely shocked at how GORGEOUS my hair turned out! It’s firmly in place, and every hair is perfectly placed. Sierra did a phenomenal job, and I couldn’t be happier. She is by far the best hairstylist I’ve ever had, and I will not go anywhere else from now on! Thank you Sierra, you have exceptional skills!!! I definitely need more than five stars to rate this cosmetologist! SIERRA IS A HAIR MASTER!

5 /5 Bobbie jo Staley: Sierra Waller is the best! I’ve been going to her for years and she ALWAYS knocks it out of the park! I’m a dark brunette naturally and she does magic with my balayage highlights with a smudge root so I can go a little longer in between services. No matter what I throw her way, she nails it! All the gals at the salon are great to talk to and make you feel like you’re part of the element family! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Chy Burns: The salon is clean, well kept. The staff is great, incredibly friendly. I have waist length hair that I take great pride in, I LOVE my long hair and struggle to trust anyone to even trim it. Shelby & Sierra both understand that and are soo good about only taking off what they have to during upkeep trims and I appreciate that more than words can say. These ladies are fantastic & great to their customers! My permanent go to!

5 /5 Beth Richardson: First time here. We came on a Monday late afternoon at the beginning of May…to get my daughter’s hair curled for her graduation pictures, in a couple of hours. Sierra was her stylist and did a good job with all her long hair. Her hair did lasted through the pictures, just not much after, which was fine with us. I did call to book appointment. Parking is available in the back of the salon. Credit cards are accepted.
