Every single staff member was super nice and great with my 5/yo she actually enjoyed the visit and giggled through most of it Ashley was so excellent with her being very creative giving her tools names and making it fun! I also want to recognize Carmen, Naomi, and dr. Ruah, they were so friendly and supportive through the whole visit. I couldn’t have asked for an easier, friendlier , or faster experience! Huge difference between the other locations i have been to in the past!

5 /5 T A: I am very pleased with this dental practice. Its rare to find a provider who knows how to work with autistic patients, and I only mentioned it on the new patient scheduler and in the main reception (believe me, this is unheard of to only need to say it a couple of times!). They were very kind to my son, took their time and explained everything they would be doing. My son has had bad dental experiences in the past, so I expected him to be anxious, but he was very relaxed and the staff took great care of him. Even my older son with severe trauma from dentists in his childhood is ready to consider booking an appointment!

5 /5 Genolia Acedera: Brought my son in for an emergency visit and couldnt be more satisfied. Not a long wait time and everyone we came in contact with (from the front desk to the patient room) was amazing. Just a breath of fresh air. Definitely will be using this office for all of my childrens dental needs in the future.

5 /5 Matthew Fortner: Dr. R and her assistant was AMAZING!!! The secretary was also so very nice!!! I really appreciate how well they treated my boyfriend today!! Very understanding and they really care about people.I hope they all know how much we appreciate them. I would highly recommend Dr.R and her staff for any dental needs

I had a serious fear of the dentist after having a horrible experience with another dentist. The staff of Dr. Ron and Dr. Mary were very understanding and eased all fears I had. I have been a regular customer since then. They are gentle, kind and caring about the needs of others. I highly recommend them!

Aspen Dental - Forsyth, IL - Forsyth Addie Gallina: There was some miscommunication between my usual office and Aspen regarding wisdom teeth scans. The team at Aspen handled it extremely well. Artime & Wherley Family Dentistry - Decatur M Phillips: Hands down this is absolutely the best dental office in the area, I have been to several offices over the years, and never ever felt welcomed or comfortable throughout an appointment like I did here. I recently had my first appointment and from the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I left I was treated so kindly; as if I had been going to them my whole life. It’s clear that the staff enjoy their jobs, and this makes such a positive experience for the patients. The checkin process was easy and smooth, (great first impression), the office is modern and inviting, loved the Christian music playing softly. Every single staff member I encountered was personable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Wherley was seriously amazing, I am always a bit anxious for dental visits and he was thorough, kind, and comforting. He took time to answer more questions than I expected to have. His knowledge is vast and it’s obvious he is passionate about the care he provides. I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff and 10/10 recommend this office, I wish I had called them years ago.

Dr. Timothy G. Hastings, DDS - Decatur Hamm Thelma (Sable7): Ive been going to Dr. Hastings for about 10-11 years. The staff is nice, easy to work with, & flexible. Dr Hastings comes to see you at every cleaning appointment & checks your teeth afterward. Hes a great guy, always in a good mood, & usually has a joke or funny story, or tells you some facts about something, & its super interesting! I really love this dental office, and I dont see myself going anywhere else! 5 stars all the way!

Jerger Pediatric Dentistry: Bret M. Jerger, DDS - Decatur Amanda Bush: We were welcomed warmly the moment we walked into the door. My son met Connie with Paris the service dog first, and was immediately put at ease. We were given a tour, where we met everyone, and saw the facility before meeting Dr Bret. We both had our anxieties alleviated by the kindness and warmth of the staff. Dr Bret and Connie thoroughly explained the procedure and after care instructions for my sons frenectomy. The procedure went so very well and the results were immediately positive. We couldnt be happier with choosing Jerger Pediatric Dentistry! Based on our experience, wed highly recommend Dr Bret for dental care.
