Dr. Phllip M. Jensen, DMD - EffinghamMad (ItsYaGurl): Best dentist in Springfield. Dr Jensen knows his stuff and does a phenomenal job, however his staff doesn’t listen when you give them direct instructions on billing insurance. Ended up with a bill and was told they would send it to collections. In my opinion, they should give you more time to work out insurance issues than 60 days after the date of treatment. It’s an awful policy especially if they require 50% of payment before procedure is done. It should be 60 days after disapproval of insurance. Policy should be flexible not enforced on people with special cases.
Dr. Gregory J. Campos, DMD - EffinghamMckenzie Darkow: Absolutely looove dr campos! I do not like going to the dentist and he 100% makes you feel comfortable during the visit and respects you! I had a bad emergency and messaged him on his cell phone and he responded quickly and caring. Saved the day by calling me in medicine over the phone and then finally seen me in office on a Sunday. 10000% recommend Dr. Campos. Thanks for all you do!!
Dr. Jay Lowry - VandaliaRemote Hog: This is the best dentistry in the Vandalia area as far as Im concerned. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have had a very bad experience with a dentist in the past but this place makes me feel so at ease that now I look forward to my appointments. I would recommend to anyone. You dont have to avoid a dentist anymore because of fear. This dentistry is awesome. Dr Jay Lowery is a Godsend.
