5 /5 Vicki Owen: Very happy with the service at Ford Square. All of the staff including the office staff and the service staff are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. This week I had our Lincoln serviced including the car wash. All was completed in a timely manner and the car wash was extremely well.

2 /5 Randy Bailey: This review relates to the service department only. They are overbooked. Took a second day just to get an estimate of the needed repairs. Not sure why that wasn’t done the same day I left my car with them. The place is also dirty. It really needs some paint on the walls, new carpet, etc. It felt way more sketchy than a dealership experience should.

5 /5 Ted Watters: I recently stopped in to test drive a new Maverick. The salesman was very helpful. He gave the time to go through both a 2024 and the new 2025 models. I test drove a 2025 Maverick Tremor and enjoyed it. We got back to the dealership and ran through pricing and options. I ended up asking for them to get another color of Tremor they did not have in stock. Within a couple of days they got what i wanted and i made my purchase. Bud made it easy and i appreciated his effort in helping me select a new truck. Thanks again Ford Square.
