5 /5 C. Mason Davis: My friend, who is also my landlord and I visited this church for the first time today. Unlike in any other church in this area, we were welcomed by just about everybody in attendance and they all wanted to welcome us so wed feel welcome there. They treated us like family from the beginning. The music was traditional, which we favor very much, the pastor spoke very well and meaningfully in his message, and extremely knowledgeable about the Bible. After the service, we met a lot of people we didnt have the time to meet before the service, and feel like everyone cared that we came. We plan to go back, for sure, and are very excited to see what the future holds for us at Freedom Baptist Church. My Irish Setter service dog was loved by everyone without one question as to why he was at the service with me, and his tail didnt stop wagging the whole time. This church is full of love.

5 /5 Diana Darr: My purpose in writing this review is not to find a perfect church that meets my standards. Rather, a church that helps me see more of Jesus, helps me turn from sin, and helps me to understand the Bible better. This is a church where the Bible is preached faithfully from week to week and it is a church you can seek God and serve others. This church does not water down the Gospel to accommodate our culture. Ask yourself, are your experiences biblical or just something that feels good. In the last days, the church will be full of false believers and false teachers. 2 Timothy 3:2-5 and 2 Timothy 3:6-9. Our world has been turned upside down... right is wrong, and good is evil. The world hates the name of Jesus because all it wants to do is evil. This church will help you get right with God and stay right with God. If you are looking for one of the best churches in the Bloomington-Normal area, I would highly and strongly recommend this church. This church is all about Jesus and truth... Jesus is the Truth! P.S. Some of our activities... Fellowship, Prayer Meeting, Bible Studies, Youth Groups, Community Outreach, Mission trips, etc. Our pianist and song leader are exceptional!!!

5 /5 Pauline & Tom Bauer: Friendiest Church Ive ever walked into. Everyone was so welcoming. Great teaching from the bible. Given a bulletin and notes to follow along with the teaching. Pastor Vince and his wife Beth are very kind and caring people, as are the people who attend there. This church is the way a church should be. Service is being held at Pepper ridge school while church is being built on the South end of Veterans Parkway and Fox Creek Road.( Soon to be in their new building sometime in Nov/ Dec 2019). Donuts and coffee are offered before service. Visit this church... you will be glad you did. So glad I visited and will continue to attend.

4 /5 Elizabeth Blankenship: First-time visitor attending Memorial day service. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Nursery was clean and well staffed. Music and sermon were both appropriately Patriotic. Sermon was topical and biblically based. Closest parking spaces appeared to be purposely left open for guests which is thoughtful.
